When will my purchase arrive?

E–Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards are sent to your recipient on the same day, or you can schedule delivery for a future date.

For Plastic cards, please allow 3-business days for card creation and add additional time for delivery which depends on your recipient’s location. Australia Post delivery times apply where postage has been selected. Courier delivery can be selected for a flat fee. If, in the one purchase, you have ordered different types of cards, these may arrive in separate envelopes and perhaps on different days.

For all card types, you will receive a notification to let you know your gift is on its way to your recipient.

International customers

Gift Card Store can accept orders from customers residing in the US, England and New Zealand, however the delivery address must be within Australia.
